Terms and Conditions for Promotional Price of Kenwood TK-3360

Each TK-3360 comes with a single unit rapid desktop charger (KSC-25), a rechargeable battery (KNB-25A), a UHF antenna, a belt hook and a user manual.
Free programming of wakie talkies for both existing users and new users (see Note below).
Warranty: one year free labour and parts against manufacture defects for walkie talkies; seven-day open-box failure warranty for chargers and batteries.
Promotional price, excluding S$25 local (Singapore) delivery charge, is subject to prevailing GST.
Payment by cash only (for cheque payment, collection after cheque is cleared).
Promotion is valid while stock lasts (limited ex-stock so sales will be based on first-come-first-served).

Notes (licence fees quoted here are subject to change by IDA Singapore):

Kenwood TK-3360 requires an IDA Singapore licence prior to its use in Singapore. New users are required to apply for a private radio network licence from IDA Singapore.
To apply for a private radio network licence, the user must have at least five IDA Type-Approved walkie talkies (all Kenwood walkie talkies carried by Lacom Communications Pte Ltd are type approved by IDA Singapore).
Annual licence fees payable to IDA Singapore are: S$100 network fee, S$321 per frequency fee (inclusive of GST).
The user may apply for more than one frequency as long as he has a multiple number of five walkie talkies, eg. the user has 11 walkie talkies, he MAY apply up to two frequencies and pay a total of S$742 annual licence fee (S$100+S$321x2). In this example, the user may also apply for just one frequency and pay to IDA Singapore a total of S$421 annual licence fee (S$100+S$321x1). Existing licence holders need not pay additional licence fee for additional walkie talkies purchased.
With the user's authorisation, Lacom will submit for the user an on-line application for the private radio network licence. This service is provided free of charge to the user.
